1. Services

Sai Computer offers sales of computers, laptops, printers, CCTV, networking equipment and accessories, as well as repair, installation, software setup and annual maintenance services. Service descriptions on this website are for general information and may change without notice.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
• Final repair charges may vary after detailed diagnosis; we will seek your approval before carrying out additional work.
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST) and product availability.

3. Repairs & Device Handover

• Customers are advised to back up all data before handing over a device. Sai Computer is not liable for any loss of data.
• Please collect repaired devices within 30 days of notification. Devices not collected within 90 days may be disposed of to recover costs, after reasonable notice.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, physical/liquid damage or issues not reported at the time of handover.
• Devices with signs of tampering, liquid damage or burnt parts may not be repairable; a diagnosis fee may apply.

4. Warranty

New products carry the manufacturer's warranty, handled as per the manufacturer's terms. Repair work carries a limited service warranty on the replaced part only, as mentioned on your invoice. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, misuse or software issues. See our Refund & Warranty Policy.

5. Payments

Payment is due on delivery of products or completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. AMC fees are payable in advance. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer and other methods as available in store.

6. Software & Licensing

We install only genuine, licensed software or software provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any software they supply is properly licensed.

7. Communication Consent

By submitting our enquiry form and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive calls, SMS messages and emails from Vividbloom Enterprises Pvt Ltd about your enquiry, quotes and services at the number and email provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 8. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• All content, logos and images on this website are the property of Sai Computer or their respective owners and may not be copied without permission. Brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sai Computer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of our website, products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navsari, Gujarat.
